King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)

Designed by the region's desert valleys, the Wadi is an open public space designed for pop-up activations and unique retail offerings. Lying 5.5 meters below street level, The naturally cool airflow attracts passersby and participants.​

An architectural marvel, created by Omrania and inspired by the desert rose native to the Arabian Peninsula, the Grand Mosque features a unique geometric structure built without a single pillar.​

Designed to evoke the Kingdom’s desert crystals, the 80-storey PIF Tower pierces the clouds at 385 meters high and features 185,000 sqm of meticulously organized office spaces, dining areas and an auditorium.​

Stretched over an area of 30,000 sqm, the Conference Center is among the largest of its kind in Riyadh. Blending aesthetic excellence with functionality, it is an ideal location for an array of events.​

KAFD’s striking Metro Station is a main stop on the Riyadh Metro, providing access to key locations around the city, including the King Khalid International Airport. Designed by Zaha Hadid, the 45K SQM structure offers access to six train platforms serving the Blue, Yellow and Purple lines.​

A dedicated business district within KAFD offering 500K SQMs of state-of-the-art office space. It is defined by six of the tallest and most iconic towers in the district. The Financial Plaza is reserved for banks, and financial institutions, offering its own dining and retail plaza.
