The market also holds daily auctions for antique pieces such as utensils that were used in cooking and serving, artefacts, incense burners, grain and coffee grinders, and antique household tools. While wandering around the market, you can learn about the old method of education when schools were called "Kuttab". You can also witness the old professions like plowing and the methods of transporting water from wells, which the old inhabitants demonstrate in front of you with beautiful folk songs. They create a daily gathering that is rich with the unique heritage of Qassim.
